LAYER 3 IS THE PRISON YOU’RE STUCK IN. THESE ARE FUNDAMENTAL STRUCTURES OF YOUR IDENTITY THAT GET SWITCHED ON IN CHILDHOOD DUE TO DIFFICULT EVENTS.
